1. Services

Rteam provides Odoo ERP consulting, implementation, and AI-powered reporting services. All project scopes are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Rteam AI Bot

The AI Bot provides read-only access to your Odoo data. We do not modify your Odoo instance. Service availability is subject to Odoo instance accessibility and API limits.

3. Payment

Consulting services are billed as per SOW. AI Bot subscriptions are billed monthly. Overages are charged at the rate specified in your plan.

4. Liability

Rteam's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for Odoo platform issues or third-party integrations.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
