We collect information you provide when contacting us: name, email, company name, and message content. For Rteam AI Bot users, we process Odoo data in real-time but do not store it.

2. How We Use Data

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Rteam AI Bot queries your Odoo instance in real-time and does not retain business data.

3. Data Security

Odoo credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. We maintain rate limiting and full audit trails.

4. Third Parties

We use Anthropic Claude AI for query processing (data is not retained by Anthropic). Email notifications are sent via Resend.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting alex@rteam.top.
